Welcome to Klair House Residential Care Homes

We are two well-established care homes which comprise two adjacent buildings:

Klair House –  is registered for twelve people under the age of 65 with a mental health condition and also has two self-contained units.   These units are intended as “transitional” accommodation for residents preparing to move on into independent living in the community.

Callum House – is registered for ten people under the age of 65 and provides accommodation for five people with learning difficulties. It also provides accommodation in separate self-contained units for five people with a mental health condition.

The Homes are situated on the main Wroxham Road in Sprowston, just two-and-a-half miles from Norwich City Centre and seven miles from Wroxham – the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

Great Yarmouth and Cromer are just twenty miles away.  The local amenities including shops, Post Office, Churches, public house and supermarket are just a few minutes away.

There is a bus stop immediately outside and buses run every ten minutes into Norwich City centre.
